T-Minus 18 Hours.....

GAHHHH!!!!  I think that is the best word to describe how I feel right now.

I did start making another blog, but somehow my password was mixed up or something that was beyond me, so I just started a new one.

Tomorrow is the big day!
Here is my itinerary

Seattle to Vancouver- 7:55 PM-8:45 PM

Scary short layover time in Vancouver airport to get through customs and to my next plane

Vancouver to Manila- 9:50 PM-4:30 AM (this is actually going to be a 14 hour 20 minute flight but with the time changes, things get a little mixed up)

5 hour layover in the Manila airport

Manila- Davao City: 9:30 AM-11:30 AM (this is a 5 hour flight but again, that lovely time change...)

Thoughts:
-It is going to be interesting traveling half away across the world all by myself, but I am feeling confident in my abilities to get through everything.  And even if I do get stuck in the Vancouver airport over night because I missed the flight to Manila because of that stupid layover,  I will still be alive and I just have to keep reminding myself of that.  Plus, what doesn't kill you just makes you stronger.  Aren't I right?  It would have been nice to have a travel buddy but I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbled.

-I am wondering how I am going to be able to sit on an airplane for 14 and a half hours without going crazy!  I think tomorrow I am just not going to sit down all day, so when I finally do get on the plane, it will be a total relief.

-I don't really know how to keep a blog.  It is the truth.  So, I am hoping that this is not completely boring everyone/I am doing the right thing.

-Tonight, I had a going away party with my AMAZING friends (cannot emphasize the AMAZING enough) and now I have a life time supply of cupcakes sitting on my kitchen counter.  It is going to be weird going to a new place where I don't know anyone and not see any of my friends for a month, yet I am sure to make many new friendships while I am there.

-It is incredibly cold in Seattle right now (around 20 degrees!), however I am going to be in 80 degree weather with 100% humidity in a little bit.  I hope my body doesn't go into shock or anything!
