I'm Leavin' on a Jetplane

Currently waiting at the airport for my flight to Vancouver.  Had to say goodbye to the family today.  My brother reminded me not to marry any Filipino boys and my dad questioned if I would be gaining or loosing weight.  Of course when it came to my mom, I balled.  Awesome.

Here are my "study materials" for the trip: A traveler's guide to the Philippines and one of my mom's nursing textbooks from 1982 (sorry to date you mom...)

Really hoping I get to use this at some point.  It's been a life goal to give someone a catheter.  Not.  But I would be down to do it if need be.

Sarah gave this to me and I am using it/him as a trip mascot.  I even packed in my suitcase (which I am hoping and praying makes it all the way to Davao!!!!) FYI:  His name is Mr. Stork
